BFOI Y2 R1 Splash 3

The second part of my one week round on Y2's R1. (Thank Arceus I finished R0 last year or else I would have been in big trouble now @___@)


Spalsh 3, which means it's time to show some rivalry. This time were we supposed to find another member in the opposite Faction and create some kind of "rivalry feel." And thus did Animea find a rival, no one less than 's Rod Granda.


Theese two wouldn't possibly have needed to become rivals, they are very much alike and could probably have became friends if the circumstances had been diffrent. A stubborn Initiative meets another stubborn Valkyrie.... Smells like trouble. So they run into each other, none of them being really intrested in the other ones company. Rod dislikes the members of the Initiative faction and Animea just don't like to be around people. Some rude remarks and comments were said wich started everything. Both of them are confident in their knowledge and power when it comes to Pokémon. So why would they turn down a challenge with someone who says that they are better? Especially when they can make that specific person eat their own words in the progress? Can it even get better!?


So it ended up being a one on one battle with a Pokémon who have another OT (original trainer) than the current trainer. Rod's Espeon Kairi and Animea's Dewott Yumi are in the heat of the battle right outside of Diamond city's Azure Tunnel Aquarium. Will Kairi's Shadow Ball overpower Yumi's Water Pulse? Or will it be Yumi's Water Pulse that drowns her Shadow Ball?


I guess you could say that Animea have found someone she thinks of as a rival, but most likely don't refer to as a rival. because "Isn't every single one of us rivals? We are competing in a contest after all." - Animea
I doubt that Rod sees Animeas as a rival worth mentioning thought, he already has an arch rival. So Animea is probably just some annoying Initiative he happens to have competed with.
